Our Plans for the Near Future
HI! I am Garrett Bowden, owner and operator of Wild About Discs. I am a native Nevadan that has grown up and setting my roots in Carson City. My brother-in-law introduced me to the sport and I have loved it ever since. I got more into playing about three years ago and want to help grow the Disc Golf Community and show others my enjoyment of the sport.
We are working on the steps to obtain more inventory and a store front. We are a small locally owned family business. We are currently set up as a home based business. Myself, with the help of my wife, keep the disc operation going. We currently have access to Dynamic Dics, Lone Star, Innova, MVP, Infinite, Discmania, Trash Panda, Axiom, Streamline, Wild Discs, Latitude 64, Westside Discs and more. At Wild About Discs we are here to help you improve your game and grow the sport that our families have come to love. Please feel free to ask us all of your disc golf questions and we will be happy to answer them. We can help provide guidance with the disc golf equipment you have or want to purchase.
How to Get Started
New to the sport? We can help with finding the right discs to suit your style of play and help you work on how to throw the discs. We are here to help! We can even spruce up your current disc golf equipment or help find a new home for the disc golf supplies you no longer find useful. Want some pointers, new to the area’s courses or a buddy to play with you on your free weekend? Send over a request via email and we can set up a time and place to work on your skills on the course. I am available near the Carson City, Reno, Minden, Dayton and Lake Tahoe Disc Golf Courses.
